These National Parks include Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zions, Arches and Capitol Reef. We are known for our amazing ATV trails (Piute Trail) as well as hunting and fishing. Salina is a hub connecting 1-70, 89, and 50 from I-15. We just finished up our fully renovated 1200 square foot three bedroom home. It boasts all new floorings, paint, cabinets, tile and appliances. Everything is new but the original lumber in the walls. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and room for our blow up mattress. The third bedroom offer a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Our sofa couch offers a pull out bed for extra sleeping area if needed. Enjoy our comfy furniture and trendy decor while staying in our fun little town. We are in an area that is the cross roads to just about everything. Our home offers card games, board games, wifi, and is just a few houses away from the elementary school playground as well as our recreation center. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils you will need, as well as coffee. Nightly price is for two guests:) Each guest after two guests, has a $10.00 fee. A pre approved family pet also has a $10.00 per night, per pet fee. We do not allow pets without pre approval. Included is a remote control to change air flow from the Great Room. Individual room temperature is controlled by opening the window and doors to allow air flow. The swamp cooler does an excellent job. We do accept larger groups up to 12-14 with the understanding that you supply the sleeping bags, air mattresses and tents needed for more than 10 guests. The yard accommodates 6 man tents as it is narrow. The entire fridge and freezer are for your use. It is a side by side counter depth fridge with plenty of room for a several day adventure. When you are sitting on the sectional looking out the window it visually looks like you are on the water! It is so rare in Utah to discover a property on a lake, with a dock!!! We have fallen in love with Yuba Lake! Most of time we literally have the lake to ourselves!! We enjoy boating-especially surfing and tubing. How great to be able to enjoy the lake, pull up to your dock, go inside your Lake House for lunch and back onto the lake. A change in the weather? No problem. Enjoy the Lake House till the weather improves. (again Yuba Lake is a reservoir and so lake levels fluctuate dramatically. There can be times when the dock/lake are not available at the house) The amphitheater and fire pit make for memorable evenings. We anticipated enjoying boating on the lake but were surprised by how we also have enjoyed WINTER! We were able to clear off a little snow on the lake and soon we had an ICE SKATING rink. The kids (and adults) loved to skate. We were also able to enjoy riding bikes on the lake. Ice fishing is next! The great thing is when anyone was cold or tired they can be inside in just a minute. With the amazing views from the windows, those inside could also enjoy watching all the fun. We were also surprised by how many birds fly by! We enjoy watching them but apparently, our property is some of the best bird hunting areas in the region.

This amazing 1920s cottage has been completely redone. New landscaping and a huge patio make the outdoor space beautiful. This cottage is in a fantastic location, close to ATV trails, mountain biking, paved bike path and fishing. It is easy to get to and from I-70. It is a perfect location for a family vacation to Richfield and Sevier County. It is a family friendly and pet friendly home. The Space: The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large patio area with a grill and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. If it is in the home, it is for your use. We have tried to include everything we expect and enjoy in a vacation home. Bedrooms- Extra blankets and pillows are in each dresser. Hangers are available in the closets. A pack n play is stored in the middle bedroom closet. Kitchen- There is everything you will need to prepare family meals. You will find a slow cooker, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils and serving ware for 6 people. In the cupboard you will find basic cooking herbs and spices, oil, flour and sugar. A starter amount of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided. Laundry Room- A washer and dryer are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are on the shelf. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room also. TV room- The TV room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, basic cable, wifi, books and games. Outside- There is a large patio with a grill for your cookouts in the evening. There is a large gravel parking area. Outside spaces- The lawn is being replanted and will be blocked off until it is established. There is a large outdoor space around the home that is not planted ( yet). There is also a large graveled parking area. General location- This cottage is truly in rural Utah. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. There are no street lights and it is pretty quiet here at night and dark. We hope everyone that chooses to stay here is seeking a quiet time away from city noise and crowds. All services, shopping, and larger civilization can be found in Richfield, about 10 miles away. If you are coming to the area for hiking, fishing, geocaching, ATV riding, and other outdoor activities, you will find this cottage is the perfect location. If you choose to use this sofa bed, you can prop that section up with the cushions from the couch. Our farmhouse is most comfortable with two people, but can accommodate four. We are just next door if you need anything during your stay! You'll have privacy and experience what it's like to see the night stars and hear the crickets. This amazing town is full of history!
